Hi, I’m Maggie, the heart behind Rooted & Restored.
I’m a certified Holistic Practitioner & Nutritionist - a holistic health coach with an intuitive approach to healing and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. I believe your body is always communicating—and when we slow down and listen, it often tells us exactly what it needs to heal.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. My passion is to see people well.
For years, I lived in a body that felt unpredictable and overwhelming. I struggled with PCOS, painful and irregular periods, persistent bloating, digestive issues including gastroparesis, and a long list of symptoms that were often dismissed or minimized. I was told these issues were things I would simply have to manage or live with, without clear answers as to why they were happening.
But I knew there had to be more.
Through my own healing journey, I learned how profoundly connected the body truly is—how hormones, digestion, stress, the nervous system, and nutrient status all influence one another. As I began supporting my body with intentional lifestyle shifts, nervous system regulation, and targeted support through herbs, minerals, and vitamins, things slowly began to change. My symptoms eased. My cycles became more predictable. My digestion improved. And most importantly, I rebuilt trust with my body.
That experience changed everything.
Today, I’m a firm believer in a root-cause, whole-body approach to wellness—one that honors both science and intuition. I don’t believe in forcing the body into balance or chasing symptoms with quick fixes. Instead, I focus on gentle, personalized support that helps the body feel safe, nourished, and supported so healing can unfold naturally.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting women who feel overwhelmed, unheard, or disconnected from themselves—whether they’re navigating hormone imbalance, fertility challenges, digestive issues, or major life transitions like perimenopause and menopause. My goal is to help you understand your body, advocate for yourself, and feel empowered rather than confused by your symptoms.
Healing doesn’t have to feel complicated or exhausting. It can feel grounding, restorative, and deeply personal. I’m honored to walk alongside women as they reconnect with their bodies and move toward a place of balance, clarity, and confidence.

My work as a holistic health coach is grounded in both education and lived experience, blending evidence-informed practices with intuition while honoring the individuality of each woman I work with.

Today, my work is grounded in both intuition and tangible data. I incorporate Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) as a tool to help women better understand their bodies on a deeper level — particularly when it comes to mineral balance, stress patterns, and foundational hormone support.
I also incorporate muscle testing as a supportive tool to help guide personalized recommendations. This allows us to better understand how your body is responding and what forms of support—such as herbs, minerals, or vitamins—may be most beneficial for you at a given time. Through my own healing journey — navigating PCOS, painful and unpredictable cycles, bloating, digestive challenges, and feeling dismissed — I learned how powerful it is to look beyond surface-level symptoms.
I pair HTMA with muscle testing, whole-body observation, and gentle lifestyle guidance to create care plans that are supportive, realistic, and deeply personalized. My goal is never to “fix” the body, but to support it in doing what it’s designed to do — once it has the right information and nourishment.
I’m deeply passionate about helping women feel seen, informed, and confident in their health decisions — and finally get the answers they deserve.
I also believe in the thoughtful use of herbs, minerals, and vitamins to support the body’s natural healing processes, alongside nutrition, detox, stress regulation, and lifestyle shifts. Education is central to my work so you feel informed, empowered, and confident in understanding your body.
